For 14-15 September 2013 Graignamanagh will be transformed literally into a ‘Town of Books!’
This medieval 'village of the monks' will be filled with 20-30 booksellers of secondhand, rare, and bargain books. There will be a 'book trail' map to let you explore all the pop-up bookshops throughout the village, and there will also be events and music throughout the weekend.

Graiguenamanagh's Town of Books community festival began in 2003, and has grown each year. Located at the foot of Brandon Hill, beside the river Barrow and looking across to the Blackstairs mountains, Graiguenamanagh has lots of outdoor beauty and pursuits to offer as well as the Book Festival, Duiske Concerts, the Michealmas Festival, Regatta, and more!
